Project development begins with the project idea. With the aid of feasibility studies, market analyses and viability studies, we establish whether or not an idea is economically sustainable. When we are convinced that a project meets these criteria, we focus on selecting qualified project partners, i.e. suitable suppliers, investors, local partners, buyers for the end products and, equally, partners for the engineering and construction of the plant or production line.
